Service Description
Zumba Kids is a high-energy fitness program designed for ages 7–11, blending powerful movement with global rhythms to build strong, confident kids. Through dynamic, structured routines, children develop strength, coordination, balance, and endurance while sharpening focus and memory. Inspired by music from around the world, each class builds cultural awareness and self-expression in an exciting, empowering environment. Kids also grow in confidence, teamwork, and resilience—moving, learning, and leveling up every class.
