Service Description

Zumba Kids Jr is especially ideal for homeschool families and children with flexible daytime schedules, offering a meaningful and enriching activity during the week. This fun and engaging fitness program for ages 3 to 6 blends music, movement, culture, and creativity to support the whole child’s development. Through age-appropriate dance inspired by rhythms from around the world, children explore cultural diversity, express themselves artistically, and build a love for movement. Classes focus on coordination, balance, muscle strength, endurance, and gross motor skills, while also supporting cognitive growth through memory, focus, and following directions. In a positive and nurturing environment, children build self-esteem, teamwork, and social skills as they move, learn, and connect with others.
